Bryan is a highly skilled land use professional with over 35 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He has a deep understanding of land use regulations and how they impact communities. Bryan is passionate about creating vibrant and connected communities where people feel like they belong. He believes that planning should be proactive and a key component to communities achieving their goals. As a planner, landscape architect, real estate broker, and real estate developer, he has a unique perspective on creating ordinances that are both effective and efficient.
Bryan work has helped communities across the country solve some of their toughest land use challenges. He has removed regulatory barriers to economic development, created standards that encourage the type of development communities desire, and made ordinances easier to use and enforce. Bryan is also sensitive to local government capacity and ensures that his ordinances are not unnecessarily burdensome.

Lainie uses her love of community, organization, and clarity to create municipal ordinances that are accessible to all period from intuitive organizational structures to battling legalese, she prepares ordinances that clearly communicate standards and processes in plain English. Drawing on her existing experience as a journalist and editor, Lainie uses her talents for clarity and organization to craft ordinances that clearly communicate standards and processes in a plain jargon free manner.
What sets Lainie apart is her ability to bridge the gap between legal and everyday language. She knows how to translate complex concepts into simple, easy to understand terms that anyone can grasp. Her technical background also allows her to link documents and create intuitive organizational structures, making it easy for users to navigate within an ordinance and find relevant supporting documents. By creating ordinances that are easy to understand and use, she empowers everyday citizens to take an active role in shaping their communities.
Lainie has a passion for creating “housing with dignity" in her pursuit of attractive, market rate housing. Her eye for design and administrative skills keep projects on
